Personal data protection notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform visitors of www.egnwarehouse.com and people who contact us.

What data we process
- Contact data: the name, company, e-mail address and phone number you share when you contact us by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp.
- Request details: information in your message about the product, quantity, duration and storage needs.
- Technical data: IP address, browser details and time of access, kept by the hosting service for security when you visit the site.
- Usage data: only if you accept cookies, statistical data on how the site is used (Google Analytics). See the cookie policy.
The "Quick quote" form on the site does not send your details to a server or store them. It opens a draft message in your own e-mail app (or WhatsApp); your details reach us only when you send that message.
Purposes and legal grounds
- To answer quote and information requests and run the contract process: necessary for entering into or performing a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- To keep the site secure and working: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- To meet our legal obligations: legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
- To measure site usage: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), which you can withdraw at any time.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. The following providers we use may have servers outside Türkiye:
- Google (e-mail, site hosting and, if you consent, Google Analytics)
- WhatsApp (only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp)
Transfers abroad are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data may also be shared with authorised public bodies when they request it.
How data is collected
Through e-mails and messages you send us, phone calls, and automatically when you visit the site.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose and for the periods set by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know to whom it is transferred; ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected, and for data to be deleted or destroyed when the conditions are met, and for these actions to be notified to recipients; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
